Reflecting on my first year with Goldings, I feel grateful for the journey so far and excited about the future.
This milestone marks significant personal and professional growth for me, supported by an exceptional team and great clients.
Each member of Goldings brings their own unique perspective, which creates a dynamic and collaborative environment. I enjoy our regular team catch-ups, where we give each other an insight into what we are working on and have an opportunity to share ideas. We’re all very open and support each other through any challenges while celebrating the wins.
Kim’s unwavering dedication to the business, clients, and every member of the team as director is great and enables me to excel in what I do best. She is always open to suggestions.
One of the best aspects of working at Goldings is the clients and the relationships I get to build with them. I also enjoy the diverse industries I get to have a unique insight into each day, as we gather the stories and key messages from our clients. The feedback and continued devotion we have built up into our own business community is so rewarding for me.
Another bonus is the flexibility that has allowed me to lean into what I enjoy and recognise my skillset whilst exploring my creativity. I feel able to push myself, set new goals and thrive in an environment that encourages growth. I can fully embrace being a working mother and not feel guilty for having other responsibilities, something I am quite passionate about.
We are currently onboarding wonderful new PR clients and expanding our horizons. The collective goal of celebrating our clients’ achievements and spreading their message far and wide continues to motivate me. I am grateful to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking company, and I eagerly anticipate the next chapter.
